Privacy notice

• Partnership application: name, company, work email, phone, website (optional), partnership model, expected monthly volume, message (optional), and the research-use acknowledgment you checked, with the time it was accepted.
• Referral partner form: name, company, work email, partner type and message (optional).

When you first land on the site, your browser keeps the campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the referring page and the page you landed on. They stay in your browser's local storage until you submit a form, when they are saved with your submission.

To limit repeated submissions, we keep short-lived counters keyed to a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address and email. The database never stores your raw IP address.

We use what you submit only to review your request and contact you about a partnership. We also keep the campaign tags and referring page that brought you here. We don't sell your details. To have them deleted, email info@pepgenexlabs.com.

We keep partnership and referral submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless we need them longer for an active partnership or a legal obligation.

Submissions are stored in our database and sent as a notification email to our team. The site runs on our hosting, database and email providers, who process this information to provide those services.
