Shipping
- Ships from the USA by overnight cold chain.
- Ships Monday to Thursday, with an 11am EST cutoff.
- Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff ship the following Monday.

Formats
- Vials and prefilled pens. Lyophilized vials are also available.
- Shelf life is typically 4 to 6 months on formulated vials and pens.
05Testing and sourcing
Independent lot testing
- Every lot is tested by Accumark Labs (Anaheim, CA), an independent lab.
- The lot code is printed on the vials.
- COAs are available by lot on request. Email info@pepgenexlabs.com with the lot code.
- Peptide API is sourced from an overseas manufacturer. Formulation, filling and packaging are done in the US.

- Is there a minimum order?
- No. There is no minimum order. For white label, you purchase 250 units per SKU up front, and white label itself is free.
- Are there setup fees or monthly commitments?
- No. There is no setup fee, deposit, subscription or monthly commitment. Accounts are set up within a day.
- Do prices change with volume?
- No. There are no volume tiers. You pay the sheet price at every quantity, plus $35 flat shipping per order.
- When do orders ship?
- Orders ship from the USA by overnight cold chain, Monday to Thursday, with an 11am EST cutoff. Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff ship the following Monday.
- How are products tested?
- Every lot is tested by Accumark Labs (Anaheim, CA), an independent lab. The lot code is printed on the vials, and COAs are available by lot on request by email.
